How It Works

Ideal Pase’s fillers use a proven Direct Fill System (DFS®), a gravity-fed, net-weight-based process that ensures clean, smooth filling without turbulence or splashing. Each container rests on a precision load cell that continuously monitors product weight as the valve opens and closes automatically for pinpoint accuracy.

For higher production rates, an optional lateral transfer system pre-positions containers, allowing every fill head to remain active and eliminating downtime between fills. Once filled, containers advance through integrated lid placing and closing modules, then discharge via conveyor for labeling or palletizing. The result is a continuous, hands-free filling solution that delivers exact fills — every time.
