Ideal Pase / DTM Packaging & Ronchi America announce a sales channel partnership where the Ideal Pase Sales Team will sell Ronchi Rotary Filling Machine Solutions to existing and new customers in the Paint & Coatings, Chemical, Lubricant and Food Processing Markets.
Massman Companies 2019 acquisition of DTM Packaging, a manufacturer of bottling, packaging, and custom automation equipment, provides line integration services for Ronchi America products. The Ideal Pase partnership will expand Ronchi America sales coverage into new markets and applications throughout the US and Canada.
The Ideal Pase/DTM Packaging Sales Team will offer Ronchi monoblock filling and capping systems but will focus its sales efforts on the Ronchi America EXACTA/R 18-Head Freestanding Rotary Filling Machine. Built in Atlanta, Georgia the EXACTA rotary series filler features; mass or magnetic flow meters for precise fill of +/- 0.2 % or better, tool-less changeovers in 10 minutes or less and up to 18 fill heads delivering up to 300 bpm in addition to many additional benefits including a US-based service team, locally stocked spare parts and a 12-week lead time.
