Introducing the new Ideal Pase automatic; filling, bunging and cap sealing machine for single metal or plastic drums. This new single drum filling machine features a dual-lane inclined, powered infeed conveyor, pre-bung alignment station for faster line throughput, dual scales for simultaneous two drum filling, integrated flushing tubes at the fill stations for fast cleaning of contact parts, integrated bowl sorters that auto feed bungs and cap seals to auto bung and cap seal attachment stations. This machine can be configured to handle drums with bungs removed or with bungs in place prior to filling.
Additional features include a wide variety of interlocked machine guarding packages, large color HMI mounted on an independent pedestal, integrated spill detection and containment system. Options available; automated top and side labeling machine, palletizing and shrink wrap stations.
